一体化净水装置和城市供水厂的净（jìng）化流程一（yī）样（yàng）。它有：混凝池、沉（chén）淀池、过滤（lǜ）池、水质稳定装置、反冲洗装置、水（shuǐ）泵及电气控制柜。现分别（bié）介绍如（rú）下：

       1、混凝池：投加混（hún）凝（níng）剂（jì）的原（yuán）水由进（jìn）水（shuǐ）管进（jìn）入混凝池内，用特制的搅拌机搅动，使水中的（de）悬（xuán）浮物和混（hún）凝剂充分接触（chù）反应形成矾花。

       2、沉淀室：水经加混凝剂混凝后形成矾花，流到设备的沉淀池内进行（háng）沉淀，沉（chén）淀（diàn）池采（cǎi）用斜管沉淀法，经（jīng）过梯形（xíng）斜板沉淀室沉（chén）淀完成固（gù）液分（fèn）离，沉淀下（xià）来的污（wū）泥排入泥斗。

       3、过滤池（chí）：经沉淀后的水流到（dào）过滤（lǜ）池过滤，滤池结（jié）构：底部为布水管，中部为（wéi）石英砂，上部为（wéi）无烟煤。过滤速度为10m/h，最后清水流到清水池内消（xiāo）毒处理后饮（yǐn）用。过（guò）滤池反冲周期为12小时左右，反冲（chōng）时间为5-10分钟（zhōng）。

一体（tǐ）化净水器（qì）适用于江、河、湖、水库等以地表水（shuǐ）为（wéi）水源（yuán）的给水工程（chéng）的水质净水，中水回（huí）用（yòng）、及煤（méi）矿尾矿水、洗（xǐ）煤水、浴池、游（yóu）泳池（chí）、洗车场、造纸、印染、电镀和其（qí）它工（gōng）业废（fèi）水的水质净化。
